Terms of Membership
Acceptance of first two wine shipments. As a member of Flying Dutchman's Schooner Wine Club you will automatically receive two wine shipments per year at current tasting room prices, minus the wine club discount. By submitting the wine club application, you agree to accept the first two wine shipments and credit card charges for the number of bottles you agreed to per shipment. After your second shipment you may cancel at any time.
Payment and receipt of wine. In placing your order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to have your credit card billed for wine plus any appropriate taxes and fees. The person receiving your wine shipment will be required to show identification proving that he/she is at least 21 years old. We recommend shipping to a business address to avoid returned shipments. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Changes. Club members are responsible for supplying Flying Dutchman Winery with address or credit card changes at least two weeks prior to shipment. If a shipment cannot be delivered, the member is responsible for all charges incurred for shipping and return of the wine. If a credit card is declined and not updated within two weeks, your allocation and club status may be forfeited.
Cancellation of Membership. You may cancel or adjust your membership at any time after your receipt of the first two shipments. Please notify us at least two weeks prior to a scheduled shipment by telephone (541-765-2553) or by email (wineclub@dutchmanwinery.com). If wines have been shipped prior to your notification you will be responsible for that shipment's payment.
