2022 Chardonnay

The grapes for this Chardonnay were grown in Washington's Columbia River Valley, and fermented here, in our salt sea air. Aging in stainless steel containers allows us to achieve our goal of making crisp, clean white wines

2022 Oregon Pinot Noir_edited.png

2022 Pinot Noir

The grapes for this Pinot Noir were grown near Salem, Oregon in the sunny hillside vineyard of Stangeland Winery. After harvest we allowed the native yeasts, present on all grapes, to ferment the grapes in our constant salt-air mists. To finish, the wine was placed into new oak barrels where it aged for 2 years.

Tasting Notes: fruit forward, subtle tannins, and a smooth finish

Tasting: $4          Glass: $12          Bottle: $50

2022 Shipwreck Reserve

At harvest we transported the mature 2022 Merlot and Syrah wine grapes from the Quail Run Vineyards, located in the famous Rogue Valley, to our ocean front winery. We then allowed the native yeasts, present on all wine grapes, to ferment the grapes in our constant salt-air mists. When ready, we gently pressed the fermented grapes and placed the young wine into oak barrels where it aged for an additional two years.

Tasting Notes: full bodied red with dark fruit flavors

Tasting: $5          Glass: $17          Bottle: $78

100 Year Smoky Red Reserve_edited.png

100 Year Smoky Red Reserve

The unique flavor of this wine is an unexpected gift from nature. In 2018 the state of Oregon experienced fire not seen in 100 years. This bottle of wine was crafted from a blend of Petite Syrah and Cabernet Franc grapes that were grown near a fire ravaged area of the Rogue Valley, in the Quail Run Vineyards. The smoky conditions that were prevalent during growing season produced unusual grapes and as a result, this extraordinary wine.

Tasting: $5          Glass: $15          Bottle: $62

Conductor's Reserve_edited.png

Conductor's Reserve

Under the guidance of the incomparable conductor, Adam Platt, a small symphony orchestra on the Oregon Coast has become nationally recognized as one of the top regional symphony orchestras in the country. Much as Adam's work with the Newport Symphony Orchestra blends musical notes, we have blended the best of Oregon's grapes to produce this extraordinary wine. Soft tannins and bold fruit assure that this blend of Bordeaux, Rhone, and Burgundy wines will only improve in their bottles for years to come. Best served with a side of classical music.

Tasting: $5          Glass: $16          Bottle: $65
